Why Does Every Fighter, Coach, Expert, & Fan Agree
That Dominick Cruz is G.O.A.T. For MMA Footwork?
Watch This Short Video To Find Out!
The real Secret to my Footwork is the Application of High Level Basics that are derived from each separate Martial Art in Mixed Martial Arts.
Let me explain to you why:
The foundation of your MMA game has to be 100% solid before you can be successful with the advanced techniques. If your foundation is not solid, just like any poorly-built building, you will crumble.
When your foundation is SOLID, then also like a building, you can build whatever you want.
What's the number one question I get asked everywhere..."How can I have footwork like your's Dom?"
The easy answer is, "Just study and train hard like I did." But no one wants the easy answer. They want the details, the step by step, and my shortcuts.
I never really had my short cuts in a digestible package till now!
I finally had a chance to sit down and map out my 19 years of training and put it into a training system. Over the last 3 years, I put my system together. I'll be taking you through my whole MMA system step by step.
And, it all starts with my fundamentals of MMA. Even if you are a seasoned MMA pro, I know you are going to take a lot away from my MMA fundamentals course.
I have taken 19 years of studying, analyzing, and testing, and put it in to an easy to learn system.
"How do I move like Cruz?" You might ask?
You need to know how I learned and mastered my fundamentals.
None of my advanced stuff is going to work for counter strikes or takedown setups, without learning exactly how I execute the basics. You need to know my that setups, come from the fundamentals.
So jump into my MMA Fundamentals course, let's build your foundation together.
Then we can move on to the advanced stuff!
I give you my 100% Money Back Guarantee, if your not totally satisfied, I'll refund you personally just email me at [email protected].
Thank you so much for all your support,
- Dominick
PS. The reason I'm releasing my Fundamentals first, is it just makes sense to start at the beginning. BUT, I also don't want to hear on Reddit how someone says, "I bought Dom's advanced stuff and it doesn't work." If you don't put the time in on your foundation, there will always be holes and the advanced stuff will just make your holes even worse.
PPS. PLUS: Just to make sure you really "GET IT", I will be doing a live Q&A with the first 100 people who join my MMA Fundamentals course. Don't lose your spot because there are 16,492 members and I can't do Q&A with everyone.
Joe Rogan
“There are very few people who move like Dominick does, his movements are very unusual, very difficult to pattern, and they are not indicative of any style. His style is uniquely his.”
Phil Davis
"Dominick's footwork is an algorithm. It's like watching a machine process information & solve problems. When he is teaching I'm ALL ears.”
Cat Zingano
“His unorthodox footwork makes him really hard to read and predict. That’s not something that’s easy to train for. It takes a whole new way of thinking for an opponent, the kind of shit that could keep a man up at night.”
Jeremy Stephens
“Dom Cruz's movement is the foundation for fighting & fight DNA!!! No One Moves Like Dom.”

My Personal Goal Is To Make Sure You "GET THIS". I Really Want You To Master My Style Of Fighting!
So, I will be adding videos as needed to make sure everyone really gets it. If you have questions I'm going to answer them.
The 4 Quadrants MMA Fundamentals System
Quadrant 1: I decided to start with Basic Stance Motion because if you don't understand space and range from the fundamentals of boxing, it's hard to do anything. Faints, head movement, and takedown defense are key, and most importantly, you can't throw your offense without mastering this!
Quadrant 2: There are so many times in a fight when you're doing 100% right on your feet. But just by throwing a punch, it leaves an opening and any good MMA fighter will take that opening so you're going to end up on the mat. You have to have options from there and you want to be able to get up with as few movements as possible. Efficiency is KEY!
Quadrant 3: What does every High Level successful striker have in common in MMA? When they cross over, they master take down defense and become very hard to takedown. Very rarely do they even have to use Jiu Jitsu. They can stay on their feet anytime they want to, and you need to master this skill also.
Quadrant 4: MMA is the only martial art that has a fence wall behind it that’s used for both defense and offense. The Cage is also a tool that can be used as an equalizer against High Level grapplers to defend the takedown or submission. No matter what your background is in Martial Arts, Fence Defense is a big part of an MMA fight. It must be understood with the techniques and the strategies.
So what will it cost you to learn all this?
What is it worth to begin your journey of having fundamentals so solid you can dance around your opponent and never get tired?
